Perks on working with us as a Company Driver: - Depending on the trailer you will choose you will get $0.60 - $.65 CPM. With our Safety Reward Program, you can make up to $.65 CPM - $.70 CPM. Both empty and loaded miles are paid and we can guarantee you up to 3000 miles weekly, depending on your efficiency and dedication we can give you as many miles as it's legal to drive. Weekly take-home money is $1800 - $2.200. You will get a direct deposit every Friday and Monday to Monday is the pay period.
We also have MidWest regional runs and Dedicated lanes which are explained in detail below. General Info: - Safety Bonuses: Level 1 - $1000; Level 2 - $600; Level 3 - $300; - Referral Bonuses: $1000 - $1000 Sign Bonus - Safety Reward Program - Layovers and Detentions are paid. - Driver of the Month - You will have paid Vacation after one year of employment. - We have 2019-2023trucks available in our yard, both Automatic and Manual. All trucks come with a brand-newness, Fridge, and Inverter; some have APU.
- Our trucks are governed at 70 mph. - We use Keep Truckin' ELDs. - We allow pets and riders in our trucks at no cost. Orientation: Orientation is one day, usually 3-4 hours, in our main office in Burr Ridge, IL.

- We operate in all 48 States but mainly focus on theMidwest, East, and South. and we are flexible dispatch. If there is any area you don't want to run, you will not have to. It will always be a deal between you and your dispatcher about the loads, and you will have 24/7 dispatch support.
