Job Description:

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Greeting patients and assisting with their scheduling and financial needs
• Schedule and mange new patient and treatment appointments
• Handle and responds promptly to incoming calls, texts, e-mails or voicemails
• Schedules and confirms appointment dates and times
• Checking insurance eligibility and orthodontic coverage
• Check patients in and out
• Follow up on all patient needing appointments
• Join efforts with community marketing
