Job Summary:

Responsible for greeting patient in the waiting room and taking them to the clinic area in a friendly manner. Will provide the prescribed care to the patient in a kind, safe and precise manner. Responsible for all communication with patient and family regarding the days procedure.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• placing and tying in arch wires
• fitting bands
• preparing teeth for brackets and attachments
• removing bonding material from teeth
• taking impressions
• scanning patients
• X-rays (pan/ceph)
• instruction on appliance care and elastic wear
• retainer/aligner insertion
• separator placement
• working as a team member

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Experience:

• orthodontic assisting: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• Radiology Certification (Required)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
