Aon is hiring an Order to Cash Supervisor!The Order to Cash Supervisor is a subject matter expert on Order to Cash processes, and is the manager of a team of financial professionals.
Responsibilities: Subject matter expert on Workday PSA Order to Cash processes and will serve as an expert resource to OTC team as well as Aon business partners. Performs BAU processing for a small portfolio of Aon customers. Has direct reports and is responsible for their performance review and pay. Coordinates resource needs of the team, including backfill for absences and attrition. Coordinates training needs for the team. Mitigates escalation issues with OTC and business partners and works to create solutions, responding timely and setting expectation on resolution. Works on special projects as assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience Intermediate to Advanced MS Excel skills preferred Workday PSA OTC knowledge Ability to improve and establish processes to drive efficiencies Ability to build and manage relationships Ability to work through problems using knowledge base, and resolve issues independently Ability to work in changing environment while maintaining accuracy and service level standards Excellent communication skills Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight deadlines Demonstrated ability to understand and follow standard policies, processes and procedures Demonstrated ability to lead teams and/or projects Demonstrated ability to use sound business judgment and make decisions

The target salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans. The amount of the incentive varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
