Do you have flying fingers, able to enter data quickly and accurately and experience in a Warehouse environment?

ISS is looking for just this type of person to be our new Order Entry / Shipping Clerk. You will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and promptly entering inbound units into our job tracking system. As well as performing all functions related to filling orders, including picking, staging and packing goods for shipment.

Essential Functions:

• Receive, unload and unpackage incoming cores from UPS, Fed-EX and USPS and enter into the job tracking system on the same day, with customer owned units entered within two hours.
• Goals of 99% data entry accuracy, less than 1% order entry caused comebacks, less than 1% core return errors (i.e., posted to wrong customer or wrong order type)
• Inspect all inbound clusters, radios, and other ISS units for signs of abuse and tampering and segregate those for further disposition.
• Stock units waiting for remanufacturing process.
• Pull and process units for customer orders.
• Use the appropriate box and packing material to ensure that every order shipped is properly packaged to avoid damage.
• Maintain 99.9% shipping accuracy. Using the pick ticket to instruct you on shipment method, invoicing instructions, and special handling instructions, ship each order to the correct address, and ensure special handling notes are followed.
• Keep your department and area clean and always organized.

Do you have what we are looking for?

• 1+ years data entry experience, with a minimum accurate typing speed of 20 wpm.
• Previous work experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Direct experience using standard PC software, including Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn new software and systems.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience in accurate record keeping.
• Mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn how to operate a range of equipment accurately and safely.
• HS diploma or equivalent

Compensation and Benefits: Salary range for this position is $17.00 - $23.00 per hour, with the starting salary at $17.00.
