Orange County Behavior Technicians Needed!
Job description
Maxim Healthcare Staffing is currently seekingfull time Behavior Technicians to assist a student either 1:1 or in a smallgroup setting in a classroom during school hours forthe Orange County region. The Behavior Technician position involves supervisionand helping manage behaviors and some aggressive behaviors and ensuringstudents are keeping on track with homework and classwork.
- Previous Behavior Therapy experiencerequired.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Follows the instructions of the BCBA/program supervisor/teacher
- Provides behavior assistance/interventions to assigned clients
- Performs ABA related teaching strategies
- Provides behavior support services
- Provides crisis intervention
- Reviews and implements behavior intervention plans
- Reviews and implements behavioral goals found within IEPs
- Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
What Maxim offers:

- Morning & Day shifts (anytime between 7:30 am - 4 pm)
- Up to $25 DOE
