Position Summary
Ops Specialist – FT Comm: responsible for the daily processing activities within the Funds Transfer Communications group. The Funds Transfer Communications group is responsible for operating Lock Box reporting, managing the firm’s SWIFT communications and the processing of ACH activity. This would include such activities as instruction entry and verification, reporting, acknowledgements, recording and reconciliation. The position would also provide client service, more specifically answering inquiries, resolving issues and assisting with client requests.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Transactions
-
Process Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions using the ACI System
-
Verify the information in the ACH transactions processed
-
Escalate problem items to supervisors and managers
-
Meet productivity and quality guidelines
-
Generate Lockbox and ACH reporting
-
Maintain and issue SWIFT RMA authentication keys
Problem Resolution

Resolve problems and execute transactions

Reconcile ACH activity
Communications

Communicate professionally and constructively to effectively resolve issues in order to minimize risk and exposure.
