Job description

Our company is seeking a Head of Industrial Operations to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities of our Fabricated Rebar company in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating the activities of multiple departments, including Production, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Performance KPI’s, Scrap, and Recruiting for fabrication needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the industrial operations of the company.
• Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of the Production, Safety, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, Performance KPI’s, Scrap, and Recruiting departments.
• Ensure that all activities are performed safely and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
• Develop and manage performance metrics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of the operation.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and customers to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
• Develop and manage budgets and resource allocation for the industrial operations department.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team to support the industrial operations of the company.

Shifts: Day shift

Education and/or Required Knowledge and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in industrial/manufacturing operations management, preferably in the construction industry.
• Professional degree related with the position.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
