Looking for an exceptional operations manager to run day to day of a busy Allstate insurance agency. Manage and supervise 2-4 staff. Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Salary Range: $70000.00 per year
Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000/year
Percentage of Agency Annual Bonus
Bonuses based on agency sales and meeting agency goals
Monday - Friday and no weekends or evenings
3 weeks Paid Time Off

Responsibilities
Track office and staff productivity
Manage accountability of staff
Ongoing hiring, recruiting, training
Run and analyze reports
Networking an prospecting
Track all monthly numbers
Quality control Check new business is written correctly and clients are being well taken care of
Marketing to bring business into the agency
Help staff with Sales and agency to meet goals
Handle high level client issues
Help with overflow service work
Requirements
Must be P&C and Life/Disability Insurance Licensed - we can help you acquire these licenses.
Management experience required
Exceptional Attention to detail and organizational skills required
Insurance experience is a huge plus - but your ability to manage and motivate others is what we are most interested in finding.
