COMPENSATION: $50,000 - $75,000 BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND RESULTS

Responsibilities

• As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a 7-day-a-week operation
• Manage, motivate, coach, and develop others
• Deep Diving Metrics
• Coach and Developing team members
• Onboarding
• Coordinating Engagement Events for team members
• Managing a Fleet of 35+ vehiclesConduct daily inspections,

Conduct damage claim assessments
Maintain meticulous records
Schedule Repairs and Preventive Maintenance
Manage O&M costs

• Manage a team of 60+ Delivery Associates (DAs)Develop weekly Driver schedule

Responsible for the safety, quality, and performance of team members
Exceed operational goals
Hire, Train, and Develop DAs
Create processes and procedures to manage quality control and standard work
Identify high-performing team members and recommend rewards
Identify low-performing team members and create performance management plans
Manage Worker's Compensation process
Injury and Incident Reports
Partner with Internal/External stakeholders
Manage Inventory process
Manage local budget

• The Operations Manager will be a critical thinker and innovator, who possesses great decision-making skills, is resourceful and detail-oriented
• All other duties as determined by the owners

Experience

• 5+ years’ experience managing high-functioning teams
• Dispatch Experience preferred
• Experience Coaching and Developing teams
• Deep-diving metrics and achieving results
• Experience managing in a fast-paced environment, with multiple changing variables
• Experience managing Worker's Compensation
