Operations Manager - Full time

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $110K+

Required Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree is desired.
• Precast or Concrete experience is MUST
• Five years of progressive management experience with a minimum of two years in an Operations/Plant Management role.
• A strong track record of delivering operational and financial results, preferably in a manufacturing or construction environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, innovation and forecasting ability, and the ability to develop talent both as individuals and teams.

What you will be doing:

• Reporting to the C.O.O., you will be responsible for the P&L and have direct oversight over operations, production programs, and cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
• You will need to understand precast concrete characteristics and processes to ensure compliance with federal, DOT, NPCA, and other governing bodies.
• You will lead the business to meet annual goals in quality, delivery, and cost and manage the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for both manufacturing and back-office functions.
• You will work with the product management team on new product development, workforce planning, dispatch, and customer service.
• You will develop and oversee the administration functions of the plant, including safety, human resources, and training programs, as well as initiate and inspire short-term and long-term planning efforts.
