Summit Technical Solutions (STS) is seeking a Operations Manager, Missile Defense to integrate operations across Performance Objectives, to include integrated scheduling and resource de-confliction. Note: This posting is in anticipation of a contract award and work will be located in the Huntsville Alabama area.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manages a 5-year schedule of stakeholder requirements and associated metrics.
• Leads development of project metrics by studying stakeholder requirements; conferring with others on project team; leads maintenance of data dictionary by revising and entering definitions; determines changes in database by studying project requirements; identifying database characteristics, connections, schema, user entry requirements; specifying user level of access.

Essential Job Functions

• Administer the Integrated Master Assessment Plan (IMAP) detailing, at a minimum, the next three years of RMF activities.
• Administer the project server and track historical and ongoing CCRM projects.
• Improve tools leveraged to perform OM duties to maximize effectiveness and efficiency .
• Ensure that local facilities SOPs for opening and closing procedures are known and followed.
• Track and ensure that MDA Form 110s for travel are compliant and submitted 17 days prior to travel.
• Ensures assessor is fully qualified to perform assessment they are assigned.
• Oversee the maintenance and availability of the deployable assessment tool kits and software assessment tool set and environment.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of the MDA Service Catalog.

Skills

• Proficient with standard Microsoft Office Suite
• Microsoft Project Server

Qualified candidates will have the following experience and qualifications:

Experience:

• 8+ years’ experience.
• Possess extensive managerial, technical, and business knowledge, and experience relating to DoD and major systems or programs.
• Secret clearance.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
