Gray Fox Realty is seeking a highly proactive and resourceful Operations Management Contractor that will provide assistance to the owners to provide professional support in a flawless, efficient, creative & enthusiastic manner.

Ideal Candidate: (Not all are required as willing to train and on-the-job-training)

· Will be organized, detailed, hard-working and enjoy small office setting

· Is comfortable at the computer (Mac is provided)

· Will be able to take direction, complete tasks and enjoy being creative

· Will enjoy creating events to celebrate and grow the brand

· Is a self-starter and adapts/learns quickly

· Will be comfortable with some level of video marketing

· Is familiar with social media marketing

· Can be trusted to spend marketing budget as directed

· Has a mindset for continuous improvement and highly resourceful team player

· Comfortable writing copy and has excellent grammar and attention to detail

· Can demonstrate familiarity with iOS platforms (iPhone & Mac heavily utilized)

· Proficient with Excel, Word, Dropbox, Google Suite products (Google forms, Google maps, Gmail, calendar, Google my business, Google sheets)

· Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Is comfortable with blogging and minor web updates

· Ability to work independently and flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly

Essential Duties:

· Manage and maintain the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and transactional management system to drive constant communication & marketing with clients.

· Prepare digital marketing materials using in-house systems and deliver them in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, Pinterest, Twitter). All marketing is to represent the company in a high-quality professional manner & deliver a consistent message.

·Generate video marketing pieces and share those on platforms such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.

·Input and maintain listings (homes for sale) in CRM and Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

. Help to grow and maintain systems within the company and be willing to incorporate new ideas for efficiency. For example, modify & improve current task plans.

· Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the owners and agent team members.

· Coordinate (plan and execute) events to promote the GFR brand to the clients and public. For example, a concert on the lawn or ice cream social.

· Prioritize conflicting needs—handle workload expeditiously and follow-through on tasks to successful completion, often with strict deadlines.

· This position is NOT: constant emails, text messages, and phone calls, and has NO SALES role, but it is heavy on PC screen-time to allow the ownership team to be successful. This position will allow our entire team the time and freedom to do things to generate sales and grow the company brand to meet lofty goals.

Education and Experience

· High school degree, some prior professional work experience is preferred

Details

  • Flex start & stop hours daily for flexibility as long as tasks completed timely
  • In-office with ability for some remote work once performance is proven
  • Weekends are free
  • Expecting to average 30 hours per week but varies with workload
  • 1099 contract position
