Qualifications:

• Post high school education from an accredited educational institution in the field of technology-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Two or more years related experience
• Acceptable report on required BCI/FBI background investigations
• Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent and/or Board of Education may find appropriate

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Exceptional strategic, analytical and critical thinking skills
• Exceptional customer service and end user focused service delivery
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Strong collaboration, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of Windows, Apple, and Chrome based endpoints and associated software
• Knowledge of classroom technology and associated troubleshooting and repair
• Knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based technologies including but not limited to: Microsoft hybrid Azure AD, Google Workspace and Apple MDM solutions.
• Extensive skills in comprehensive endpoint hardware repairs
• Knowledge of printers, printer repair, and print servers
• Ability to operate and manage help desk operations
• Ability to quickly learn and adopt new or unfamiliar technologies

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate with students and parents in the appropriate manner.
• Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively and productively with other staff members, students, and administration.
• Must successfully complete a BCI and FBI background check as well as a drug screen
