As an Operations Coordinator, you'll be a critical member of our team, responsible for managing supply chain, warehouse operations, quality control, and retail partnerships.
This role requires someone who takes pride in being a critical thinker and problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead the charge in supply chain management, including sourcing raw materials and managing product manufacturing

● Streamline warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving

● Ensure product excellence by implementing and monitoring quality control processes

● Build and maintain strong retail partnerships, negotiating terms and ensuring smooth and efficient fulfillment of orders

● Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field. Sufficient experience is also acceptable.

● Proven critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Nice to Haves:

● Experience working with national retailers
● Knowledge of EDI
● Background in product development
● Prior operational experience dealing with overseas suppliers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,481.20 - $61,226.43 per year
