Summary of the Role:
The Customer Onboarding Specialist role is a comprehensive onboarding position that focuses on database entry and configuration while facilitating communication with various internal and external teams. This role is expected to set an example of professionalism, teamwork, and collaboration.

Job Duties:

  • Manage day to day activities associated with customer onboarding at scale.
  • Work with clients over the phone or via email to gather all necessary data/approvals.
  • Work with various web platforms, including Zendesk, PipeDrive, and our iPacket system to ensure the successful creation of our product.
  • Primary responsibility to facilitate communication between iPacket and its customers to complete all of the necessary documentation and database configuration needed to launch the product.
  • Ability to follow workflows and processes set in place by management.
  • Lead by example and assist with the maintenance of standard operating procedures and creation of new documentation as necessary.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years customer service/onboarding experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Works with a sense of urgency
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft office Excel.
  • Ability to communicate confidently with clients over the phone
  • Analytical thinker, with a knack for troubleshooting and solving problems
  • Dependable and accountable
  • Experience with relational databases is a plus
  • Automotive Software Experience is a plus
