As On-campus responsible,

• Develop and implementa ll short-term / long-term strategies and ensure their consistency.

• Assist senior management with accurate infomration as required for all campus activities.

• Supervice effective working of all On-Campus colleagues providing managerial assistance.

• Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory regulations.

• Develop and implement quarterly / monthly plans to ensure effective everyday operations.

• Provide support to all services and ensure completion off all student demands.

• Supervise all administrative functions for campus and ensure neat and clean appearrance.

• Supervise and provide required trining to mind-level management.

• Collaborate with Executive Director and Academic Director in all campus activities.

This requires continuous presence on campus to supervise the student service activities and be tje senior management representative before regulatory and/or student on-site questions/requests.

Minimun Qualifications

• Master's degree or closely related field of study required.

• Four (4) or more years of progressively responsible leadership in high impact, growth and results-oriented positions in a higher education environment.

• Management and leadership experience in online universities (Not exclusive).

• High level of English and Spanish (spoken and written).

• Organized person with the ability to work in a team.

• Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.

• Ability to direct, manage, department operations.

• Ability to effectively plan, delegate and/or supervise the work of others

• Knowledge of business and management principles.

Any appropriate combination of relevant education, experience and/or certifications may be considered.

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime and indefinite basis.
