TITLE OF POSITION: OMS/OHS Counselor

STARTING DATE: 2023-2024 School Year

CLOSING DATE: Until Filled

Requirements (one of the following):

• Master’s Degree in Guidance & Counseling
• Possess and maintain School Counselor License or
• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with School Counselor (NT) endorsement?

• Experience in school setting preferred

Primary Functions (non-exhaustive list):

• Create and maintain EDPs in Xello
• Middle School test coordinator (NWEA and PSAT)
• Assist students with career, technical and higher education planning.
• Master scheduling of all courses and students within our student management system.
• Split time between OMS/OHS: high school on Mondays & Thursdays and every other Wednesday and at the middle school on Tuesdays & Fridays and every other Wednesday.
