The duties of the Site Supervisor for this position include the following:

• Supervise crew to be able to attain set goal and task in a timely manner.
• Ability to be able to perform rig up and rig down of restraints and containments
• Loading and unloading pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport
• Ability to enforce all safety procedures including and not limited to use of PPE, filing out JSA
• Assist in spill clean up
• Communicating with other workers, using signals, radios, and telephones
• Using common hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches
• Driving trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment, personnel and perform job task
• Other task as it may be assigned

Leadership requirement

• Ability to implement and execute all safety and policies and procedures.
• Ability to take daily inventory of equipment, tools, and materials.
• Follow and enforce all company policies on site.
• Inspect all personnel, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
• Effect communication with all employees.

Other Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

• Three years of restraint and contaiment work.
• High organizational skill, effective time management and must be detail oriented.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Must have prior knowledge of various equipment and tools to include their design, use and general maintenance
• High leadership skills
• Ability to be able to stand and sit for extended period of time
• Ability to be able to lift up to 100lbs
• Ability to work outside in all kind of weather condition
• Valid driver’s license. (CDL not required but it’s a plus)

21 days on, 7 off schedule

Compensation commensurate with experience.
