Perry-Zoladz & Company, PLLC is a small accounting firm in Wheeling, WV. We have been providing Accounting and Tax Preparation for Businesses and Individuals Since 2007

Seeking a reliable and hardworking individual for an office worker position. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and willing to learn the basics of Accounting. Candidates need to have moderate Excel skills. The office works 8am to 5pm with an hour break for lunch. This is not a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily data entry.
• File documents.
• Answer the phone and handle customer inquiries.
• Use office equipment.
• Obtain data from customers and enter it into database.
• Handle email inquiries and respond to emails in a timely manner.
• Learn the software

Accounting background is not necessary. On the job training will teach all the accounting and data entry information needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Wheeling, WV 26003: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
