Office Staff Seasonal Full-Time

Edwards Oil, Inc is looking for a skilled individual to join their Hibbing, MN office staff.

Essential Functions

• Performs the functions of a Customer Service Representative to resolve problems, answer questions and correspondence, and complete reports.
• Basic to advanced accounting in AR, AP, Sales, Purchasing, PR.
• Prepares, processes, reviews and monitors various documents such as contracts and other documents.
• Contacts current and prospective customers to sell and explain products, perform account rounding and solicit new business within the market area.
• Prepares and presents proposals and quotes and recommends products based on customer needs.
• Assists customers and arranges payment terms in accordance with established guidelines.
• Performs in a manner that will prevent errors and omissions.
• Collects delinquent accounts on agency-billed policies.
• Prepares, audits and posts product sales, invoicing, commissions and other accounting-related functions using QuickBooks or an accounting program substantially similar.
• Creates and maintains Xcel and Word computer files and suspense for follow-up action.
• Provides advisory support and assistance to the department supervisor as needed.
• Provides administrative assistance and support.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are as assigned Monday through Friday. Rotating weekend work is required.
