MaidBrite is currently hiring for a part-time Office Receptionist - Customer Service Rep to assist with a variety of administrative duties at our Menomonee Falls, WI location. This administrative position earns a competitive wage starting at $17/hour.

DAY-TO-DAY
This phone position is part-time and typically works 7 AM - 12 PM.
As our part-time Office Assistant - Receptionist, you are vital to the experience of our clients as you provide top-notch customer service. You correspond with our customers over the phone, through emails, and over text. When there are incoming phone calls, you answer them cheerfully. You answer any questions they may have, take down their information, and schedule appointments. If you receive texts or emails, you respond professionally. You also listen to voicemails and call customers back when necessary.
Highly organized, you assist with a variety of administrative duties, such as printing schedules, organizing paperwork, and more. Always attentive to detail, you maintain our office calendar, ensuring that everything happens on schedule. You also manage various data entry tasks, such as invoicing and inputting customer information into our system. Additionally, you manage the inventory of our office supplies and alert supervisors if we are running low on anything. You love working in our office and take pride in the part you play in the success of our company!

REQUIREMENTS FOR AN OFFICE RECEPTIONIST - CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
- Administrative experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Customer service skills
- Computer proficiency
- Basic math skills
- Ability to read/write/speak English
- Ability to read/write/speak Spanish is a plus!
- Must have a business degree
