The Office Manager oversees and manages the daily clerical and administrative operations of the office. The Office Manager develops procedures and policies for the delivery of office services such as document processing and document retention, mail and messenger, office equipment, purchasing, supplies manager and facilities maintenance that meet the needs of the organization.

What is Required?

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • 2 years of experience as an office manager or administrative assistant/clerical staff, preferably in a health care setting
  • Demonstrates familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and home care industry trends
  • Ability to use the right resources and taking the right steps to avoid or overcome obstacles, hit deadlines, and meet business needs for a branch or office
  • Ability to convey information and opinions, listening to others and checking for understanding, responding in appropriate message and tone
  • Proficient in enterprise applications (Homecare Homebase, Workday, etc.) and ability to coach less experience users
  • Able to handle complaints, manage conflict, negotiate outcomes, build trusted relationships, leverage personal networks, and relate across all levels of the organization
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organization skills
