Job Description

We are seeking an Office Administrator who thrives in a productive work environment and enjoys the daily challenges of small business. Responsibilities

  • Answer Multi-line phone promptly and professionally
  • Build and maintain a positive and professional working relationship with staff and customers
  • New employee intake and orientation
  • Collection, verification and processing of weekly Payroll
  • Provide Administrative support to the office as needed
  • Assist with special projects and duties as assigned
  • A/P, A/R, & Payroll Using Quick Books Enterprise

Qualifications/ Requirements

  • Ability to be Punctual at all times
  • Associates Degree in Business or related field required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 2+ years’ experience in office administration
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365 and Quickbooks. You must have strong working knowledge of these products and recent experience with Quickbooks is mandatory.
  • Conduct yourself with discretion and professionalism
  • Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
  • Observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly
