Contributions to the Crew
Build, Maintain and Coordinate Group sales- Ensure outstanding Customer Service in all areas
- Manage and develop Crew Members
- Oversee and manage ticket and store sales
- Suggest and provide input for strategies to improve business
REQUIREMENTS
- 4 years’ experience as an Office Manager
- Experience and understanding of Group Sales
- Proven Superior Customer Service
- Successful experience Leading a team
- Solid skills and knowledge of Microsoft office products
- Ability to operate and train on POS system
