DESCRIPTION
The Corporate Office Manager performs a variety of tasks to manage the corporate headquarters facility which include reception, clerical tasks, facility maintenance, housekeeping coordination, and administrative duties. This position will also provide administrative assistance to the Administration Department which includes Risk Management, Compliance, Training, Procurement, and Corporate Administration.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the corporate office by organizing office operations, policies, and procedures
Provides clerical and administrative support to the Administrative Department
As the face of the Corporate Headquarters office, greets guests and ensures their comfort
Responsible for answering all incoming phone calls and directing them to the appropriate employee
Assists with the companywide procurement function. This includes supply purchasing and vendor negotiations
Coordinates the Corporate Headquarters facility maintenance and housekeeping needs
Maintains meeting calendars and schedules meeting rooms
Maintains the office supply par levels and inventory
Responsible for all incoming and outgoing packages and mail distribution
Assists with strategic projects as assigned by supervisor
All other duties as assigned by supervisor
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Bachelors Degree preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
In a 12-hour work day: standing/walking up to 12 hours per day
Hand use: single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
Work requires the following motions: bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
Exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
You must have the ability to use tools and equipment required for the position
Mental Focus: Ability to read and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
2+ years of experience working in reception or in administrative assistant capacity
Detail orientated and excellent organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Pro-active approach to problem-solving
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with staff members, vendors, visitors, and guests
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.50 - $28.00 per hour
