BK Management is ACTIVELY HIRING an Office Manager in Crawfordsville, Indiana.

• Office Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Job Duties:

• Dispatch service technicians to various job sites while maintaining consistent workflow.
• Assist with scheduling of team members and service technicians.
• Tracking and maintaining inventory of service parts.
• Leading and developing a team of internal staff members.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and emails.
• Complete all required paperwork and administrative duties.
• Develop relationships with business partners to secure additional service contracts.
• Ability to give a presentation.
• Travel between various offices ensuring SOP is being followed.
• Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous management experience is preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays.
• An ability to be passionate and outgoing while maintaining consistency with business practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively communicate with other employees and management.
• Strong self-management skills.
