Multiples Office Location in North California.

San Bruno; Santa Rosa and Redding.

1. Comply with all applicable Mobility Equipment, Inc. policies and procedures.

2. Answer telephone calls and receive orders from referral sources.

3. Coordinate all patient information and process paperwork.

4. Establish patient records and record appropriate patient information in each patient’s records.

5. Assist with implementation of the quality improvement program to meet Mobility Equipment, Inc. and JACHO standards.

6. Assist in daily aspects of scheduling and routing for MEI’s delivery and repair technicians.

7. Monitor Office supply levels and place appropriate orders through appropriate team member.

8. Develop and maintain working knowledge of current HME/DME products and services offered by the company.

9. Maintain appropriate records in a timely manner.

10. Batch all paperwork daily for submission to billing.

11. Equipment inventory control, stock-in and stock-out accountability and report to office supervisor.

12. Assist in keeping the company perimeters clean, including working area, carpets, lunchroom, and bathroom.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
