As an Office Associate, you will:

  • Oversee undergraduate and graduate curriculum action, course scheduling, and course enrollment.
  • Serve on the department undergraduate curriculum committee.
  • Be responsible for overseeing graduate application processes including file maintenance, correspondence, department contact for prospective students, maintain database, set up interviews, and admission decisions.
  • Serve as the campus coordinator for the undergraduate early childhood education online program including maintain database, facilitate facets of registration, invoice Lead and partner institutions, correspond with students, advisors, lead and partner institutions, serve as campus liaison.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications: Associate’s degree plus 2 years office experience with increased responsibilities required; equivalent education/experience considered. Must have strong verbal and written communication and customer service skills; be detail oriented and have ability to multitask. Expertise with e-mail, PC-based software, and internet necessary. Ability to problem solve essential. Experience with data entry required. Ability to prioritize workload necessary.

Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of the curriculum process (i.e. course delivery modes, course scheduling, course proposals and changes, etc.) preferred. Work experience in an educational setting desirable. Working knowledge of UNL helpful.

$17.319/hr minimum
