Job description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General administrative assistance
- Assist with employee onboarding
- Event planning
- License and subscription tracking and renewals
- Website updates
- Miscellaneous errands and out of office projects
- Other duties as assigned by HR Manager or Senior Property Supervisor
Qualifications-Preferred but we will train the right candidate:
- Experience with Microsoft Office, outlook, word, publisher, excel
- Ability to learn new software quickly
- High attention to detail
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- A positive and outgoing nature
- Solid organization and time management skills
- Critical thinking abilities who can learn and understand procedures and policies and be able to apply this knowledge to
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and switch duties quickly
- Works well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good oral and written communication
- Regular and prompt attendance
- Ability to work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Ability to assist two Supervisors simultaneously
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
