1.Office Assistant/Bookkeeping

Hours: 8am – 5pm

Days:Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $20/Hour to start

Job Description:

· Perform administrative support activities, such as handling the office phones and incoming and outgoing mail, and organizing and maintaining the filing system

· Client billing

· Create and update records and databases with financial and other data

· Money handling

· Miscellaneous duties to support operations

Requirements and Qualifications:

· Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

· Excellent organizational skills

· Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

· Knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs & Sheets, Quicken

· Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

· Strong computer skills

· High school diploma: BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

2. Hotel Admin/Sales Coordinator

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 9a- 5p (can be flexible on needs/days/schedule)

Pay: $16- $20/Hr. to start

Job Description:

· Admin/Sales Coordinator.

· Coordinate activities for Area Director of Sales.

· Assist Sales to achieve effective and efficient operation, help with paperwork (rooming lists, group resumes, cutoff dates, emails), eventually help with pipeline/networking/etc.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Reliable, trustworthy, takes ownership.
  • Hotel and/or sales experience is a plus (but not required).

HS or GED required. Trainable.

3*._Front Desk Associate*_

Days: Monday-Friday + Saturday

Hours: 7:30a- 5:30p, Sat 8a- 4p, Closed Sundays

Pay Rate:: $16/Hour

Job Description:

  • Manage front desk.
  • Assist guests, phones, solve problems, take payments, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Male or female is ok
  • Some hotel or hospitality is helpful (dealing with rentals and knowledge of inventory/usage), and front desk experience.
  • Longevity in their positions.

4. Office Assistant/Accounting

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Monday-Friday 9am to 3pm (can be flexible with schedules and days).

Pay: $16+ to start

Duties:

Accounts Payable and Receivable.

Scheduling, answering phones, data entry, etc.

Requirements: QuickBooks or highly program and computer literate and Quick learner.

5.Front Counter/Windows & Doors Sales

Days: Monday-Friday

Hours: 7:30a - 4:30p

Pay Rate: $15+; DOE

Job Description:

Sales/Front Counter

Walk-ins, appointments

Call warm and cold leads lists, customers. Answering phones, data entry, etc.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1-2 years sales experience

Microsoft Word/Excel

Good phone etiquette

Prefer degree or experience

6.Front Desk Assistant

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Days: Monday through Friday, with an hour for lunch.

Pay Rate: $15/Hour

Job Description:

The employee occupying this position will perform a wide range of office, production and human resource support for all managers and supervisors.

This position primarily resides at our front desk-reception area but is not limited to this work area.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Receive and direct visitors and clients
  • General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
  • Handle requests for recycling information from the general public
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence and mail
  • Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
  • Accomplish the hard copy of both the FSF and Curbside Rewards Bank Deposits
  • Posting of the Curbside Reward daily deposit

Human Resource Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for new applicants
  • Setting up interviews of potential employees with team leaders
  • Assisting in processing new Hire paperwork and orientations
  • Processing of Daily and Weekly temporary timecards to the perspective temporary agencies
  • Keeping up inventory of New Hire packets both FSF and Temporary Employees
  • Employee Birthday Cards

Production Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Ordering and maintaining safety supplies
  • Maintaining all First Aid kits in office and warehouse
  • In charge of Safety Shoe Purchase Orders
  • Maintaining an adequate number of Bale Sheets in Breakroom Cabinet

Education and Experience

  • Computer skills and knowledge of relevant Microsoft Office Products
  • Knowledge of operation of standard office equipment.
  • Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of basic office structure
  • Customer Service Experience
