Aqua Pure Solutions Inc is a Water Softening Company in Kingston Springs, TN. We are looking for a Front Oiffce Assistant to help with the day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phones, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain valuable experience in an office setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Fron office Staff with administrative duties
• Schedule appointments for service
• Ensure front office supplies are well stocked and organized.
• Conduct Regular maintenace and cleaning in maintaing front office area
• Perform office duties and specialty tasks as needed
• Assit with call backs on incoming leads
• Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other customer documents.

2+ years related experience in a front office environment.

Strong Customer Service skills and warm, friendly interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively under pressure

Excellent telephone etiquette

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
