Role & Responsibilities:

Looking for a self starter to manage our job file process. Must be well organized, detail oriented, punctual and open to learn new things. We can train anyone with a basic knowledge of office software that is motivated and willing to learn. General responsibilities include verifying documentation is in order to process a job file from the initial estimate to final billing. Involves initial and follow up contact with customers and insurance companies along with daily communication with production staff. Additional responsibilities include updating social media, assisting with payroll and other duties as needed.

Must have leadership skills, be detail oriented and be able to work with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check (no felony convictions or misdemeanors involving violence or theft)
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
