Job description
CPA firm located in West Bloomfield, MI seeks a full-time Office Administrator to join our team. Essential job functions include:
1. Answering, screening & routing phone calls.
2. Maintain accounts receivable and filing system.
3. Provide administrative support.
4. Assemble tax returns.
5. Scheduling and managing appointments.
6. General office duties including scanning, copying, faxing, mail sorting and other administrative tasks.
7. Work independently.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years experience required. Public accounting experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (word & excel).
Proficient in QuickBooks.
A confident, self-motivated individual who enjoys working with little direction while focusing on the details is ideal for this position. Strong written and verbal communication skills are mandatory. Must be dependable, organized, and adjust to frequent shifts in direction. The work environment is fast paced at times and the individual must demonstrate the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
