Position Description:
This position is responsible for daily coordination of order and part processing in order to achieve company goals and customer orders. The position will be responsible to coordinate with production and make sure they are achieving the schedule provided to them “ON TIME”.

This position is responsible for daily coordination of order and part processing in order to achieve company goals and customer orders. The position will be responsible to coordinate with production and make sure they are achieving the schedule provided to them “ON TIME”.
Key Responsibilities:
- Release Production work orders to production and assists in the solution of the problem by working with CSR, production, Purchasing to ensure that everting is correct.
- Send short material notice from work orders to Buyers (ACS and Coolers)
- Review orders and do Leveling Capacity.
- Work with appropriate parties to solve issues in order scheduling.
- Coordinate E-Fin requirements to ensure timely processing and delivery.
- Daily Maintaining of Coolers schedules for production and CSR use.
- Create REDOs for coils and Sub Assy Parts and work with stock room to release and print.
- Check stock parts and coils against production requirements
- Maintain ZPHR clean from old sales orders
- Clean old orders-create MISC orders for Engineering (Test)
Position Requirements:
- A high school diploma, GED equivalent or silver on career readiness exam (CRC) is required. Must have good computer skills and be proficient with Microsoft office, SAP knowledge to use scheduling. The candidate should also have a good understanding of Coolers order processing as well as an awareness of product requirements. Excellent communications skills.
