Position Description:
Repair coils that are rejected due to ruptured tubes, mis-circuited, or other reasons for rejecting. When there are no coils to repair, this position can also function as a coil brazer, expander, or builder, which could involve flaring tube extensions, assemble return bends, trimming tubes, assembling coil sheetmetal, tubes and fins, water expanding coil tubes with ball bearings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Repair rejected coils by pulling and replacing tubes and sweating off copper joint
- Prepare components for coil build
- Prepare coils for expanding or brazing
- Braze coil with various type rods
- Read blueprints and use simple arithmetic
- Must be flexible, problem solving oriented, acceptable to change and display initiative to learn and make improvements in the workplace.
- Brazing experience is required
