Connected Health Care, a leading healthcare recruitment and staffing firm, is seeking an Occupational Therapist for our client in a hospital setting in Roswell, NM. This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits.

Job Description:
The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluation and treatment to patients with a variety of conditions and illnesses, working collaboratively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. The Occupational Therapist will assess patients' physical and functional abilities and develop treatment plans to help them regain their independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities will also include maintaining patient records, communicating with family members and caregivers, and participating in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Education and Certification Requirements:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New Mexico State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• CPR certification
• BLS certification

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in an acute care or hospital setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
