Occupational Therapist (Leave of Absence)
AnthroMed Education is a local provider of Special Education Services throughout the Greater Chicagoland area. We are dedicated to those in Special Education who know how exciting and rewarding it is to help children grow and achieve. Our organization is currently hiring an Occupational Therapist in LaGrange Park, IL to support a leave of absence beginning in May through the end of the school year on June 9th, 2023. This role will also continue through a portion of the 2023-2024 school year from August 21st to October 17th.

Role Overview:
- Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:15pm.
- Support the Schools Connections Programs (Primary & Intermediate, Grades K-6th).
- The Connections Program was designed for students with a diagnosis of Autism or students with a similar profile who benefit from the structured teaching model and communication development.
- Provide additional support in the schools Resource/Special Education Program.
- Other duties to be assigned.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Valid Illinois Occupational Therapy License
- Experience providing Occupational Therapy in a school setting
