The opportunity:
We are seeking a construction inspector with NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) experience working with water and wastewater facilities and infrastructure.
Preferred experience inspecting construction works by general contractors for elements including but not limited to Primary Settling Tanks (PST), sludge collection mechanisms, sludge pumps/piping, scum concentrator tanks (SCT) and protective coatings.
Preferred experience inspecting gravity thickener tank systems, odor control systems, gas holding systems and tanks, dewatering centrifuges, sewer pumps, HVAC and electrical.
Preferred experience with water mains, site improvements, support of excavation, storage tanks, facility systems, fire suppression, combined sewer overflow storage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
