Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
- As a nursing home administrator you will responsible for supervising the clinical and administrative affairs for your facility.
- You will oversee all staff and personnel.
- You will manage the day-to-day processes that involve your facility (ie., financial matters, medical care, supplies).
- You wil coordiante and provide leadership to each clinical, managerial, and custodial team and ensure that they work together.
Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:
- Must have a vaild and current LNHA in the State of Illinois.
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2 years or more experience as a nursing home administrator.
- RN or MD preferred.
- A positive disposition and the ability to work well with others.
- Highly developed leadership skills.
