Job Summary:

The Nursing Assistant Instructor will demonstrate proficiency as a DHS-approved Primary Instructor within the Rennes Health and Rehab Nursing Assistant Training Program. The Instructor will function in a variety of settings, including virtual, skills lab, classroom, and clinical care. The Instructor will effectively manage and maintain necessary documentation and course records.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervises and evaluates performance of RHRC NA Training Program students.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Instructs Rennes Health and Rehab Nursing Assistant course according to program curriculum. Course assignments include skills labs, classroom theory, clinicals, and virtual content.
• Oversees and evaluates students? online and in-person performance.
• Provides frequent feedback to students and completes formal student evaluations.
• Supports student success and retention as well as transition to CNA employment with RHRC.
• Prepares students for Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Competency Tests.
• Maintains online and written records of students? status and course enrollment.
• Communicate necessary information to facility staff regarding students? attendance, performance, and status.
• Participates in content development, training, and team meetings.
• Fulfills additional duties as assigned.
