OB/GYN Associates of Attleboro is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner to join our well-established and successful team at our outpatient office in Attleboro, MA.
We are committed to providing the highest quality health care to our patients. With convenient office hours and quick access to major highways, it is easy for our patients to get quality health care locally.
We provide full obstetrical and gynecological care, treatment of urinary incontinence, infertility, ultrasound, pregnancy non-stress testing, and personal health education programs. Services include: full obstetrical and gynecological with on-site laboratory and ultrasound services, IUD insertions, and endometrial ablation.
We have close relationships with our community-based primary care physicians, other specialists, and hospital staff - all with the main goal of providing personalized, comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological health care in the hospital and office-based setting.
About the job:
- Expertise in Women’s Health medical conditions including contraception, STIs, recurrent vaginitis, PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, dyspareunia, HRT, and menopause management
- Experience with pregnancy and post-partum issues and complications, comfortable with genetic counseling, preferred
- Experience with colposcopy, preferred
- Provide direct patient care to our communities with a well-established practice
- Patient-centric mindset to provide the highest-quality service and patient care
- Work alongside passionate OB/GYN providers
- Grow as a clinician as you learn from experienced colleagues
- Work cross-functionally with primary care providers
- Part-time employment preferred (24 hours/week)
- Desirable schedule with no weekends or night shifts
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited and/or approved Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner program
- Current license as a Registered Nurse and Nurse Practitioner in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or ability to obtain
- Must have, or be eligible for, and maintain, a current DEA registration and Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
- Current certification in CPR required
- Requires a minimum of 1 to 2 years’ experience in Women’s Health as a Nurse Practitioner
- Interested in working full time, preferred
- Participation as an active member of the team and an excellent collaborator
