Responsibilities:
- Ensure that patients and residents are attending to their personal needs, such as eating, bathing, and dressing.
- Observe and report on the condition of residents in order to make sure they are safe.
- Follow a treatment plan.

- Provide emotional support to patients and families.
- Establish effective working relationships with patients and families.
- Perform additional duties as needed., including transporting patients and helping them eat.
