The Olson Baking Company is a leading manufacturer of Frozen Baked Goods for Grocery Stores all over the US. We are seeking Night Packagers for full-time employment.

Position: PM Packager/Laborer
Pay: $17 to start
Type: Full Time

This job opening is for the Night Shift. Hours of availability need to be between 6:00pm-7:00am Monday to Thursday and sometimes Friday. Shifts are typically 9-10hrs 4 nights a week but vary due to our production schedule.

Our ideal candidate is reliable, possesses strong verbal communication skills, and works well in a busy environment alongside the rest of our Production Team. They will be able to stand for long periods of time at a moving conveyor belt with products moving quickly down the line.

Must have excellent attendance!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
•
Moving around the packaging floor requires hours of standing and walking on hard surfaces.

•
The packaging station requires frequent stooping, bending, and balancing.

•
Grasping and repetitive movement or pressure involving wrists or hands are required in all aspects of packaging.

•
The ability to occasionally lift 25 lbs. and more frequently lift 10 lbs or less is required.

•
Satisfactory hearing and vision are required, as is depth perception, color vision, and quick mental and muscular coordination.
