Reba's Deli, Pizzeria, & Burger Bar in Giddings searching for an experienced and talented Restaurant Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager must be able to effectively oversee daily operations of the restaurant and have the ability to communicate and motivate employees. This is a fast-paced position in a thriving environment where you'll enjoy working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will have a 2+ years of management experience, an eye for details, strong leadership skills and enjoy working as part of a team!

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Night manager and general manager in running the restaurant.
• Take over for other managers on their days off or during their vacation.
• Maintain quality control procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant.
• Make sure the equipment is operational and working correctly.
• Inform customers of specials, prices, and daily deals.
• Ensure that the staff follows company policies.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Inform customers of daily specials, prices, and deals.
• Organize and schedule staff duties.
• Help Train New Team Members.
• Be able to help and fill in on all stations including the grills, pizza, sandwiches, salads, bar, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
