Job Title: Night Auditor

Location: Super8 by Wyndham; Mahwah, NJ, 07430

Job Type:Full-Time,Part-Time; Hourly

Salary: $17 per hour

Schedule: Sunday to Wednesday OR Thursday to Saturday

Job Description:

Super8 by Wyndham is currently seeking three night auditors to join our team. As a night auditor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This position has a starting wage of $17 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Perform front desk tasks, including check-ins and check-outs, as well as answering guest inquiries and providing excellent customer service
• Prepare daily reports and summaries of hotel operations
• Balance and reconcile cash and credit card transactions
• Conduct regular security checks of the property
• Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer systems
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
