Network & Infrastructure Consultant
The main focus of this role will be assessing, managing and improving customer on-premises infrastructure.
A successful candidate will have hands-on experience (Design, Installation, Configuration, Management, Troubleshooting) with serveral of the following:
- Enterprise Hypervisor: VMWare ESXi / Microsoft Hyper-V
- SAN Storage: Fibre Channel, iSCSI
- Physical Servers: Running Network OS or as an ESXi/Hyper-V host.
- Network Switches, Routers, Wireless: Cisco, Extreme, HP, Meraki
- Firewall: Fortinet, SonicWALL, Meraki, Cisco
- Backups / DR
- Telephony
- Infrastructure Security Concepts
- High Availability Concepts
A successful candidate will also have a foundational understanding of the following:
- Active Directory / Azure Active Directory
- Azure / AWS Cloud Computing
Additional Consideration given to candidates who possess relevant industry certifications such as:
- CompTIA Network+, Security+
- Cisco CCNA, CCNP
- Extreme EDS, ECS
- Cisco Meraki Solution Specialist
