Position Summary:

The primary responsibilities of the Network Administrator are to install, configure, and troubleshoot all CBHarper data, voice, and video networking. This position is also responsible for client and server hardware/software installation, administration, and optimization. The position will require effective project management in an autonomous environment. In addition, this position will provide technical support for independent contractors (REALTORS®) to include personal devices and general application support. • Intermediate knowledge of Networking, Routers, Switching and other Integrating equipment.
• Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory, Azure and Office365.
• Minimum of 2 years experience/knowledge of network administration.
• Ability to train employees and REALTORS® on various technology systems.
• Must be able to solve technical problems using reference materials at disposal
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Incumbent must possess excellent communication and organization skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports all company client and server hardware/LAN equipment to include installation, administration, maintenance and optimization.
• Performs network troubleshooting to isolate, diagnose, and correct network issues. Upgrades network hardware and software components as required.
• Installs, upgrades and configures network printing, directory structures, rights, security, and software on file servers.
• Responsible for the maintenance of company e-mail software including requests for new users and changes.
• Responsible for all network back-ups and for following disaster recovery procedures for all file servers and PCs.
• Installs, upgrades, configures, and troubleshoots personal computers including network connectivity, printing, software configuration, and licensing.
• Provides technical support and end-user training on all electronic systems.
• Maintain professional relationship with vendors and independent contractors.

Language Skills

Ability to read and interpret documents such as technical manuals; Ability to write correspondence and speak effectively.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Reasoning Skills

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,934.00 - $75,869.00 per year
