we need to have someone with an ability to do the following in NetSuite (Refer to project to cash - All or parts of it. If not all , candidate can specify which all they have experience with.)

Along , with this they also need have some experience on following process areas in NetSuite ( Record to Report , Order to Cash and Procure to Pay).

PROJECT TO CASH:

• Project Management Account Configurations

o Project Creation.

o Project Schedule Setup.

o Project Billing Setup.

• Project Revenue Recognition Setup.

• Project Templates.

• Project Management Administration

• Billing Classes and Billing Cards.

• o Work Calendars.

• o Project Resource Setup.

•

• Resource Allocation & Resource Allocation Setup.

o Resource skillset setup.

o Resource Allocation Records Setup.

o Resource allocation chart/grid setup.

o Resource utilization and Allocation reports.

• Task Assignment setup walkthrough.

• • Time Management Setup.

O Time Entry

o Time Approvals

o Time Reports.

• • Project Billing

o Project Billing Setup.

Standard Billing Setup

Charge Based Billing setup.

• • Job Costing and Project Budgeting Setup.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $52.11 - $62.76 per hour
