This role will monitor and process mutual fund purchases and sales based on instructions received through the trade system by Trust Investments, as well as directed client relationships. Working with the various fund families to determine any special processing requirements, determine the correct registration for mutual funds and setup all new mutual funds accurately for trading and NAV processing. Process transfers or re-registration of client accounts per instructions received from Trust Administration. This person will also:
- Execute purchases and sales for mutual funds to ensure proper investment of Trust client's funds.
- Complete mutual fund transfer requests for incoming or outgoing clients. Identify appropriate documentation needed to complete the request and communicate to all affected parties.
- Set up new mutual fund accounts with the broker/dealer for clients/plans. Ensure accounts are established in a timely manner to invest funds within required deadlines.
- Provide guidance to Trust Investments and Administration as it relates to transfers, mutual fund setup, conversions and fund restrictions.
- Interpret notices received from vendor to alert us of any changes with regards to dividend distribution options, address changes, fees, reorganizations, fund closures or any other account maintenance as required or needed.

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience . Required
Experience
- 2-4 years of Financial Industry experience. Required
